If you're encountering issues with the NESA Marking Report extension or the broker service, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are using the latest version of the extension.
2. Ensure you are signed in with a valid NSW Department of Education (@education.nsw.gov.au) Google account.
3. Make sure you have an active NESA Schools Online session in your browser.
